THE BRIEF

Help coordinating, styling and setting up due to Kate (Kira’s Mum) having a full time job and a toddler to care for.

Assistance with timeline and running of the event.

Control and liaising of vendors.

THE PROBLEM

Initial timeline for setup was not enough to setup everything required.

Some vendors being non responsive in lead up.

Overall flow of the event on initial timeline was not smooth.

THE SOLUTION

Reworked timeline to ensure smooth flow.

Liaised with vendors and venue to ensure seamless setup and running of event.

Collection of items and setup, installation and packdown.

THE FEEDBACK

Amie was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond, from assisting with decor to candy bar to the event’s runsheet, she kept the whole day running smoothly. Amie also did a great job hearding all the suppliers and took the stress off our shoulders.
On top of that, she was such a calming presence and lovely to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, and it all came together perfectly thanks to her. Big thanks for everything, Amie, appreciate all your effort!
